Roof Replacement

Roof Repair
Not every problem needs a full replacement. Sometimes it's a blown-off shingle, a cracked pipe boot, or deteriorated valley flashing. We diagnose the actual issue and fix that. We don't upsell you into a new roof you don't need.

New Roof Installation
New construction or an addition? We install new roofing systems from scratch. Decking inspection, ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, ventilation calculations, and whatever material you want on top. Shingles, metal, or flat.
Metal Roofing
We do metal roof repairs too. Loose panels, failed sealant at transitions, rust spots on older galvanized. Not every metal issue needs a full replacement. Our Solo crew can usually fix it same-day.
Shingle Roofing
We install asphalt shingles from every major manufacturer. GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, Atlas, Tamko, Malarkey, IKO. Each has different warranty tiers and price points. We walk you through the comparison without pushing one brand.
Flat Roofing
TPO single-ply membrane in 60-mil or 80-mil thickness, hot-air welded seams, fully adhered or mechanically attached over polyiso insulation board. We install per NRCA and manufacturer specifications. Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure. We use tapered ISO insulation to create minimum 1/4" per foot slope to drains. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone Solo areas.
Commercial Roofing
TPO is our most-requested commercial membrane in Missouri. Reflective, energy-efficient, and it welds together at the seams for a watertight bond. We install 60-mil and 80-mil systems with 15-20 year manufacturer warranties.
Gutter Installation
Improperly sized gutters cause fascia board rot and foundation erosion. We calculate gutter capacity using the rainfall intensity formula: roof square footage x pitch factor x rainfall rate (inches/hr for Solo). Standard 5" K-style handles 5,520 sq ft of effective roof area. Bigger roofs or steeper pitches need 6" gutters with 3x4" downspouts. We hang with hidden hangers screwed into rafter tails every 24".
Roof Inspection
We climb up, walk the entire roof, and document what we find with photos and measurements. Takes about 30 minutes. You see exactly what we see. No mysteries, no scare tactics.
Emergency Roof Repair
Emergency tarping is the first priority. We cover the exposed area to stop water entry, then schedule the permanent repair once conditions allow. We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. It's part of the repair cost.
Skylight Installation
Skylights bring natural light into rooms that don't have it. Bathrooms, hallways, closets. We install VELUX and Fakro fixed and vented skylights with proper flashing kits designed for asphalt shingle roofs.
